Mindfulness, mindset and meditation is a one day workshop that immerses you into why training our mind and the quality of our attention and awareness is so important in a hyper connected and reactive world.
Held on Sat 19 Oct and led by Luke McLean who specialises in mindfulness and insight meditation. Luke is well respected by his peers as an inspired individual with a contagious passion for life.
In this beautiful one day workshop you will ;
Gain clear and important understanding as to why mindfulness is so important in our relationships, decision making and in building resilience and calm.
Learn and practice a variety of mindfulness, mindset and meditation techniques and skills that are practical and relatable in modern life. You will also learn important practices of self-inquiry, and renewal.
Create a clear and achievable way forward to bring mindfulness, mindset and meditation practices to life in your day to day life. We spend the last part of the day building your development plan in being really clear of the practices that work for you, available time, resources and support available.
Connect with a like-minded community of people wanting to live clearer, calmer and more conscious lives.
Commence with a gentle yin yoga session offered by the wonderful Anna.
