'EACH MONTH EXPLORE A POWERFUL HOLISTIC & FUN WORKSHOP TO SET YOU ALIGHT in 2020'

Introducing ‘Conscious Creative Living - THE SERIES 2020’ - a powerful holistic & fun series that will set the consciousness alight in 2020.

‚Äč

Held on the second Saturday of the month 9.30am-12.30pm, get back to nature and participate in the conscious exploration of your choice with sessions including meditation, regenerative food, art reimagined, salami making, surfing, mountain-biking, homemake it, wild foods, digital detox, crystal healing, yoga, wine education. Led by experts in their respective fields, dive deep into as much knowledge as can be packed into 3hrs, all in the beautiful surrounds of nature at Jareseben, Great Ocean Road.

With constant connectivity driving anxiety & depression, mental health now affects 1 in 4 Australians. We’ve forgotten where our food comes from and how to connect as humans. It’s time to remember.

With the knowing that Nature is the source that has connected people to their bodies, their minds, their food, their communities for hundreds of thousands of years it is the collective mission to re-inspire & re-connect people with nature & conscious creative living.

So bring a friend, share with your communities and join like-minded folk. Armed with the tools and know-how you will take home skills & behaviours you learn towards a better tomorrow for us all.

Feb Sat 8 ’Art Reimagined’ led by @MaritaReynoldsArt

Artist since 2001. Marita’s artwork is a combination of graphite, coloured pencil and pastel, with wildlife and nature the subject focus. Marita’s fascination with the natural world comes from her passion for environmental issues that affect our existence; how we, our planet  and our animal friends, adapt to the ever-changing world that we live in. Active member of Golden Plains Arts & ’Let’s Make Art ‘workshops. Marita believes everyone is creative in their own way. During this session allow yourself to reconnect with you and your environment. By appreciating and reconnecting with the outdoor world we can begin to feel calmer and more relaxed. By using a simple breathing technique we can assist ourselves  to regain a sense of calm that we can use anytime anywhere. This can also open us up to our creative process. By giving ourselves permission to ‘just be’ in nature and observe our surrounds, we can reconnect with who we truly are. Sketching and using colour to create our own individual image, and giving ourselves some precious time out. Expect to re-connect with your creative side in light of environmental issues. *$10 art material contribution
