

YOGA CLASSES
Whether you are commencing your relationship with an introduction to yoga or are wanting to explore & experience your boundaries our local qualified instructor will lovingly take you through a practise of Slow Flow, Vinyasa or Restorative yoga. If you have a specific yoga journey you are looking for then this can also be accommodated. Please review information below in preparation for communication from our Yoga instructor on your choice of class before your arrival for Customised & Designated Re-Treats.
FOUNDATION
Suited to you if you’re a newcomer looking to learn the basics, a yogi wanting to go over the foundations of your practice or perhaps you are returning to yoga after injury/illness. Expect to explore poses, breath & safe techniques that will have you getting the most out of your practice. The best part is that there will be time for questions and an opportunity to workshop a few poses.
VINYASA
Get your body moving with this energetic practice. Expect to build heat as you flow through a dynamic and playful class. Best suited to those with a regular yoga practice.
SLOW FLOW
Flow with ease and grace, as this slower moving practice gives you space to move mindfully between poses. Perfect if you want to move and chill a little. The perfect balance. Best suited to those with some yoga experience.
YIN / RESTORE
A more meditative and therapeutic style of yoga that will have you holding postures for a little longer. Encouraging the release of tension as you soften and surrender. Plenty of props are used in this super chill class. All levels welcome.
